It is a capacitance type level meter that can measure with high accuracy even in a battery / test tube size ultra-small container. 4 contact output are possible. With a temperature correction function, the capacitance values is corrected.
*Sensor electrodes can be customized. *Can be used with simple initial settings, using pushbuttons.We have a lineup of CGL-W type dedicated to level measurement and WGL-W type compatible with moisture meters and analyzers.

- Achieves ultra-high sensitivity and high accuracy even in a small
size
High accuracy (} 1% accuracy) is achieved even in short size (height 50-60 mm) level measurement. The separation amplifier is also ultra-compact and can be easily incorporated into a small device.
- Displaying measured values in real time with a display
The display is mounted on a separating amplifier.The current measured value (% display) and capacitance value (pF display) are displayed in real time.
- Simple initial setting
It is easy to make the zero and span setting, using pushbuttons. - BNC connecter make it easy to connect and disconnect the sensor and cable
Reduces connection mistakes between the sensor electrode cable and the separating amplifier. - 4 contact output settings
4 contact outputs are possible: HH, H, L, LL. Any 4-point position and alarm action direction can also be changed. - Temperature input (correction) function
A temperature sensor (sold separately) can be added for temperature correction. Correct the capacitance value from the temperature sensor information.
Applications
In addition to measuring the remaining amount, it is possible to detect points such as upper and lower limits. It is possible to output 4 contacts of HH, H, L, and LL at any position. The alarm action direction (upward ON, downward ON, etc.) can also be changed.Usages, use examples
- Measure liquid level, powder and granular material level in various tanks. Measure material interface of liquids.
- Conductive or insulating liquids, insulating liquids with a small dielectric constant, and semi-conductive liquids.
Ex.: Various oil, various chemical solutions (acids, alkalis), various washing liquids, tap water, pure water, distilled water, alcohol, etc. - Small unit tanks, small container.
